All changes and cancellations to hotel reservations must be made directly through the AOM Housing Bureau by 18 July 2023. After this date, all changes and cancellations must be made directly with your assigned hotel; however, please do not reach out to your hotel directly until 21 July 2023. Reservations not cancelled at least 3 working days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of one night's room and tax.
To take advantage of the special Annual Meeting rates, book your reservation by Monday, 18 July 2023. After this date, rates may increase. All rates are per room/per night and are subject to a 16.45% sales tax. Special requests cannot be guaranteed. Hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in based on availability.
AOM Student membership is required for student housing and rates. Student rates sell out quickly and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
